Born into
Elizabeth’s sports journey began before she was born, growing up in a family where sport was not just
an activity — it was a way of life.

Elizabeth started learning figure skating at the age of 3 in her mother skating school where so many champions were raised.
Growing up in such an environment, Elizabeth started to help her mom to train young and teenage skaters under guidance of her mom Irina (Ирина Косарева) — a professional figure skating coach.
Elizabeth became a very good coach, many of her students became medal winners of numerous regional and national competitions, which made her realise that she was born to coach and was passionate about it.

Professional
Elizabeth trained in dance, ballet, acrobatics, gymnastics and artistry, eventually becoming a professional performer on international stages, world-class productions and TV shows.
Elizabeth’s journey continued beyond sport into the world of performance.

Education&
Although Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Business & Service and began building a promising career within the international hospitality industry (Marriott hotel group) — her true calling has always been with teaching sports to children.
Kosandra Sports Academy (KSA)
The beggining of
Elizabeth has always believed that her achievements and character qualities were shaped through sport — confidence, self-belief, perseverance, discipline and the courage to keep moving forward.
She recognised that these are not just athletic attributes, but essential life skills that every child deserves the opportunity to develop.
In early 2021, Elizabeth founded Kosandra Sports Academy — with a vision to empower children through sports training.
She started on Lamma island (just a concrete road) with just 7 children and today over 1,000 students have enjoyed academy sports programs.

At the heart of Kosandra Sports Academy lies a philosophy deeply personal to its founder, Elizabeth.
Driven by her inner calling and a genuine love for what she does, Elizabeth built the academy
on a simple yet powerful belief: when you truly love what you do, excellence becomes a natural outcome. This belief became the guiding principle behind
the academy’s motto:
